    Most of us have unused spices in the back of the kitchen cupboard because we only cook with them for one particular dish. Or we feel overwhelmed by the myriad spices in the supermarket, not knowing which ones marry together to create the best flavour.



    This hardback book has been created to demystify spices, reassuring you that you don’t need endless time, fancy equipment or a full store cupboard to create delicious dishes with ease.



    With sections on Simple Lunches, Midweek Dinners, Sunday Lunches and delicious Dips and Chutneys, there is a recipe for every meal occasion. There's also an information section detailing each spice, its origin, flavour, spice level and uses.



    Approximately 19cm x 25cm. 208 pages. Printed in China using materials from sustainably managed forests.

    We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.

    1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)

    This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.

    2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)

    A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.

    3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50

    Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.

    We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation).

    We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

    Returns should be sent back to us within one month of the date of purchase, in their original, undamaged packaging. Please email us for more details.
