The only information we collect about you is that given when you register with our site or place an order as a guest. This information is requested to offer full and efficient customer service - to ensure we can get the order you placed with us to the intended location in a timely manner. We will also use it to refer to if you contact us by telephone, email or through social media asking for an update about your order.

We include the option to sign up for email newsletters on the home page of our sites, and also after you have placed an order with us. We will never automatically opt you into any newsletter.

Credit/Debit card details are collected securely by our payment processors ShopPay.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Your personal data that has been provided when you order will stay on our website back office which is hosted on secure server. This data will be able to be accessed by you when you login to your account (if you have created one) so you can see any past orders.
If you would like us to delete your order history at any time please contact hello@greentulip.co.uk and we will action that within seven working days.
We keep printed copies of orders for one month in a locked cabinet in our office. This includes details such as who packed each order, what items were ticked off when preparing an order, and any other relevant information that we felt was necessary to note onto the order when packing it. We believe it is important to keep this information for one month to be able to answer any queries you may raise, and also ensure we can review any issues that arise to offer the highest possible customer service level. After 1 month we will destroy the printed paperwork through a third party secure shredding service.
