About Green Tulip
Green Tulip was launched back in 2007 by founder Charity. Her aim for Green Tulip has always been to offer customers ethical products which are not only beautiful but also kinder to people and our planet.
Today, we are small busy team based in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, you’ll find 120 ethical brands and over 1000 products to shop across the store.
You will also find lots of information on our product pages including key features about each product, a bit about the brand and you’ll also see from the icons which ethical categories each product falls into so you can make up your own mind about whether they are right for a gift (or for you!).
Meet the team
Charity
Founder Charity's aim is always to offer ethical gifts that are stylish and contemporary, so a lot of her time is spent researching, buying, and creating great relationships with suppliers. If he's not at her desk, she's in a muddy field walking the dog or indulging in her passion for tidying the stockroom shelves.
Emily
Emily creates our lifestyle images, graphics and social media content. She always tries to show our products at their very best, whatever it takes. She would love to spend all day making reels, animation and videos – she’s working on it!
Deborah
The longest serving member of the team, Deborah is the eyes
and ears of Green Tulip. She meticulously researches all our brands and their products and writes all the copy you read on our website. Deborah keeps everyone on track and is rarely seen without her notebook and a cup of tea.
Zoe
Here’s the lovely Zoe, our stockroom dynamo. Zoe keeps the stockroom shipshape, the shelves full, pick and packs all your orders and is thankfully unflappable. In rare quiet moments, she can be spotted having a boogie in the aisles.
Kate
Kate is the sciency one, her passion and knowledge for all
things eco is inspiring and we count on her for a no-nonsense approach on environmental and sustainability issues. Kate is also our product photographer and can often be heard singing, quite loudly, in our small studio.
Angela
Angela is the newest member of the team. She has the
important job of keeping our stock room shelves full and liaising with our brilliant suppliers. She absolutely loves product, anything sparkly, her 2 boys and her new Beagle puppy – but not necessarily in that order.
Scarlett
Scarlett is our website whizz, on a mission to make it easier for people to buy sustainable products online. When Scarlett’s not working, she’s on her own journey to greener living.
Charlotte
Charlotte is our marketing expert. She’s on a mission to tell more people what Green Tulip is all about. She looks after our Pinterest page and sends out our lovely email newsletters – she’d be thrilled if you signed up to our mailing list.
Lola
The most vocal and demanding member of the team is Lola,
beloved pet, therapy dog and sometimes hoover. She knows exactly when snack time is and lets you know that she knows.
