Hand crafted in Dorset using fine single origin chocolate made with fine cocoa beans, pure cocoa butter and cane sugar. No vegetable fats are used as this usually includes palm oil, which has no place in fine chocolate. Free from additives and preservatives.
Box consists of 72% Ecuador origin dark chocolate, 47% Colombia origin milk chocolate and Columbia origin white chocolate.
Box measures approximately 10cm x 8cm. Suitable for vegetarians.
Currently, Chococo works with chocolate made with fine beans grown in Colombia, Ecuador, Madagascar, Venezuela, Tanzania and Uganda. These fine origin chocolates are known as Raisetrade chocolates because they are produced in their country of origin from tree to chocolate which thereby adds more value to the local economy than exporting dried beans.
Ingredients: Colombia origin milk chocolate 42.8% (cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder, cocoa mass, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), Ecuador origin dark chocolate 28.6% (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), Colombia origin white chocolate 28.6% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soya lecithin, vanilla extract) Milk chocolate contains 47% (min) cocoa solids, 23% milk solids, dark chocolate contains 72% (min) cocoa solids, white chocolate contains 36% (min) cocoa butter, 18% milk solids. Made in an environment that handles gluten, tree nuts and soya so may contain traces.
