Great value cotton mesh produce bags designed for carrying fresh fruit or vegetables from the supermarket, market or farm shop and storing at home. Features handy drawstring closure and is available in small, medium and large sizes or a set of all three.

Machine washable at 40°C. Some shrinkage may occur after the first wash. The labels inside include the 'tare weight' of the bag which helps the shopkeeper to determine the weight of the produce inside. Packaged rolled in a recyclable paper belly band.

Certified as recycled by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS), an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. The GRS certificate only applies to fabrics that contain more than 50% recycled fibres.

Responsibly produced for A Slice of Green by a small family business at its own sewing unit in Tamil Nadu, India. A Slice of Green visited the unit in 2018 and were impressed by the high standards maintained there.

We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.

1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)

This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.

2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)

A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.

3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50

Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation).
