This glazed stoneware mug has a minimalist, tapered shape and a wide base, designed so to keep drinks hotter for longer. It has a large chunky handle making it easy to carry two or three mugs in one hand, and is dishwasher and microwave safe.

The stoneware is hand made near Bhaktapur, Nepal by a family business run by two brothers, Santa and Laxmi. The production is organised by a World Fair Trade Organisation certified collective in Kathmandu.

Each piece is surprisingly chip resistant due to the high firing temperature of the kiln used to harden the clay. To maximise efficiency, not an inch of space is wasted in the kilns, which run for days at a time to maintain the heat.

Available in four colour glazes sourced from North India. The Mustard Yellow and Cream glaze gives a matt finish and the Teal Green a low gloss finish. The Ice Wash has a lovely rustic finish to it.

Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Approximately 8cm high x 8.5cm diameter at the base.

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but currently only offer delivery within mainland UK. Due to GPSR customs regulations, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.

We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days from order.

1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.95 (FREE for orders over £50)

This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days from dispatch.

2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.45 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)

A faster service, usually delivered the next working day following dispatch.

We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation and Northern Ireland due to GPSR Customs Regulations).
