Tell Me More
This large and long lasting 'Thank You' Soap is a lovely (and much more useful!) way of showing your appreciation to someone special than a simple card. It is made from pure vegetable oils and generous amounts of vegetable derived glycerine using traditional triple-milled methods. As triple-milled soap contains more soap than water, it produces a richer lather, is longer-lasting, and has a silkier, luxurious effect on the skin than standard soap bars. Shea butter from the African Karite tree is also added to ensure the bar both moisturises and nourishes the skin. It is generously perfumed with zesty lemon and sweet orange, with notes of fresh floral rose petals and a base of dry amber and musk.

About the Brand
The English Soap Company is a brand owned by Christina May Ltd. Christina May was founded in 2000 by Bob & Juliet after discovering a large number of vintage soap moulds lying disused in a machinery workshop farm in Kent. Inspired by the wonderful designs from a bygone age they set out to recreate the luxurious soaps they remembered from childhood.
Within days Bob & Juliet's kitchen had become a soap laboratory with essential oils and various soap bases scattered throughout the room. With ovens and hobs of varying temperatures, the Aga proved an apt assistant in the making of soap.
Years were spent in refining the art of soap making and perfumery to make the perfect soap; one that is smooth and silky in texture, and that moisturises rather than dries the skin. Another important factor was that the luxurious fragrances blended into each soap would last until the end of the bar.
From the beginning of the company's journey to today, their mission has always been to ensure that everything they do upholds the values of what is expected in an English product. That means a dedication to quality whilst offering honest and fair value with excellent customer service.
