Founder David Stapleton started Cub with inspiration from his gorgeous cocker spaniel, Roo. Cub is an independently owned brand based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, offering eco friendly dog toys that combine a love for modern design with influences from popular fashion and media.
David was fully aware of the harmful impact that plastic dog toys have on the planet, lingering in landfills for hundreds of years, contributing to environmental pollution. So for happy owners, healthy dogs and a healthy planet, David set about creating some fun designs for dog toys made from sustainable materials.
Unlike other brands that use similar sustainable materials, all of David's designs begin with a hand-drawn sketch, which he then converts into a computer-generated image. The entire process, from the initial sketch to the final sample takes about two months for each toy, and a great deal of care goes into every step.
We absolutely love the Rockstar range, and couldn't wait to get them in for Lola, Green Tulip's office Portuguese Pointer!

When we decided to introduce dog toys to the range we wanted to find something a bit different - that was both satisfying for the dog to chew and play with, and entertaining for the owners! It was Freddie that first caught our eye and we couldn't resist him - then we spotted Wim Sloth and that was it - the order was placed!

Whilst researching Cub, I got chatting to David the founder and his passion and commitment to quality, design and using sustainable materials is very clear. The toys are great; fun, durable, plastic free, and safe for our favourite pups!

I discovered these oxygen tablets for toilet cleaning on another eco site, but they were out of stock, so I searched and found them on green tulip. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was very quick, with sustainable packaging. I also received a very nice, friendly thank you message after my order. They are great, I love them. Just pop one into the toilet bowl, leave a couple of minutes to fizz up, then brush the whole toilet bowl. They smell lovely and fresh and clean effectively. It’s great not to be polluting our waterways and not throwing away endless plastic bottles, as they come in a biodegradable wrap.
Ordered deodorant, toothbrushes and interdental brushes and they were delivered quickly, in great condition and eco packaging.
Prices were the best I could find and I love that they're a Living Wage employer.

I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of my Green Tulip experience. The reusable food storage containers are not only highly functional but gorgeous as well, and the swift, plastic-free packaging was awesome.
Green Tulip are so accommodating. I ordered their Kochi stainless steel food containers which are an ideal size for me as a single person and perfect for freezing. Green Tulip were happy to order in more for me and to let me know when they'd received them. I shall definitely be looking at what else I can order from them. Their delivery times are quick as well, an excellent company.
