Want Your Order To Arrive By Christmas?

The combination of Royal Mail strikes and it's impact on other courier services means some parcels are taking longer to be delivered than usual. If your order includes Christmas gifts, we've put together handy list of your options to help avoid disappointment:

1. Order sooner rather than later

Don't wait to place your order. Royal Mail has brought forward its last recommended posting dates. We use their tracked 24 and 48 services, both of which are prioritised for delivery during any strike activity, but we still cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in time for Christmas. Therefore we recommend you placing your order as soon as possible.

Please note we dispatch orders placed before 11am on the same working day.

ROYAL MAIL LAST RECOMMENDED POSTAGE DATES

Service Date
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Friday 16 December
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Monday 19 December

We will continue to dispatch orders until Thursday 22nd December.

2.  Choose DHL Express for your delivery option

Delivery by DHL courier using their express service usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday) - although we cannot guarantee this. Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch. The last day we are dispatching orders by DHL Express is Wednesday 21st December.

Until Christmas, all orders over £75 have the option to choose DHL express service for free. Orders under £75 costs £7.50.

3. Send your gift directly to them

If you're not seeing them on the day, then consider sending their gift straight to them. We can wrap it all up beautifully with our £2.50 gift wrap service, add a handwritten card and deliver it straight to them. We even give you the option to send them a video message saying a gift is on it's way when you place your order!

4. Buy a digital gift voucher

Let them choose their own gift from our range of over 1,000 products sourced from 120 ethical brands. You can email a gift voucher to them directly, or if you're seeing them in person then print your gift voucher and wrap it creatively so they have something to open. There are so many different ways you can do this.

5. Download and print our 'gift on it's way' note

If you're worried that, despite all your planning, your gift is not going to arrive in time consider downloading our 'gift on it's way' note and wrapping it creatively so they have something to open on the day.
