Plug in, switch on and enjoy the fine scented mist throughout your room. The diffuser will switch off automatically when the water container is empty.

RESPONSIBLY SOURCED

This diffuser is responsibly produced in China. Nature of Things recommend only using top quality pure essential oils from natural ingredients in this diffuser.
The Nature of Things is a brand that celebrates the best quality natural oils and shares the potential of their life enhancing features. The company was founded by Benoit Nicol in 2018, however Benoit's love affair with essential oils and their benefits started many years before that.

Growing up in Brittany, Benoit began working with a French producer of natural extracts and that opened his mind to the wonders of the world of natural oils. He moved to New York and for over 20 years he worked with two of the best producers of natural oils in the world. Their vast global network of farmers and distillers taught him about the importance of the terroir, where to yield the best oil from aromatic plants, the best time to harvest, how to prepare for extraction, the art of distillation and how to define what is a quality natural oil. The best ‘noses’ in the business taught him how to smell, how oils can live together and how they can make you feel, while scientists and aromatherapists taught him the positive effects the oils can have on your health and wellbeing. He learnt that each oil has a unique story and – perhaps even more importantly - he learnt what 'good' smells like.

In 2017 he moved to Dublin, and this life change provided him with the opportunity to start his own business. Having noticed how the market was flooded with underwhelming oils he knew there was an opportunity to use everything he'd learnt - from the farmers, the distillers, the ‘noses’, the scientists, the creatives and the market – to create a brand that celebrates the best quality natural oils and share the potential of their life enhancing features. And so The Nature of Things was born.

All of the oils are imported from different parts of the world, directly from producers, and are bottled in The Nature of Things workshop in Ireland. They only source from producers who have genuine passion for distilling top quality oils and a proven record of sustainable practices. Their producers work hand in hand with their communities to protect the environment and support their local economies, and the priority is always the long term impact on the environment and the communities, and the viability of the activity.

The Nature of Things is committed to support organic farming and is a certified member of the Irish Organic Association - the main organic certification body in Ireland. Being a member means that they support organic farming, which is a clean approach to agriculture, devoid of the use of synthetic pesticides and fungicides and others that can be harmful to the local ecosystems and pollute our soil and water systems. Organic certification provides that guarantee to consumers.

Whenever possible, the brand will source essential oils that are organic certified and/or fair trade certified, whatever the cost. But quality and sustainability will come first as they are committed to offering the best essential oils from the most trusted suppliers.

The Nature of Things is a proud member of 1% for the planet, a global movement inspiring businesses and individuals to support environmental solutions through annual membership and everyday actions. They advise on giving strategies, certify donations and amplify the impact of our network.

1% of total revenues every year goes to environmental causes, with focus on the support of organisations that are protecting biodiversity, creating vast reserves of land where animals and plants can thrive.
