A great gift for gin lovers, this cotton drawstring bag contains measured ingredients required to transform a bottle of standard gin into a delicious sweet and aromatic homemade orange gin.

Simply add the botanicals to a bottle of gin in the order suggested with some fresh citrus peelings, leave for a few days to infuse, then filter and rebottle. The result will be a fabulous cold infused, full bodied gin to enjoy, make cocktails and impress friends with! Can be drunk immediately but for best results, leave for two years (if you can wait that long!).

Sugar, cinnamon, cacao, orange peel, clove, vanilla, allspice, bay.

Old Hamlet Wine and Spice began in 1974, as part of a wine merchant in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, then later in Colchester, Essex.

In 1991, Old Hamlet was bought by Tim & Rachel Bell from its founders and moved to Thorpe Morieux, Suffolk. During 2006, Old Hamlet began using Fairtrade ingredients for its mulling spice products. In 2017, Tim & Rachel Bell retired, selling Old Hamlet Wine and Spice to Steenbergs, an organic spice merchant, and transferred to its premises in Ripon, North Yorkshire.

Today, the Old Hamlet are still hand-blending mulled spice mixes in small batches to its own authentic recipes, which it has developed for more than 40 years.
