The Euphoric Orange organic raw chocolate bar is bursting with organic sweet orange oil, giving it a natural citrusy aroma and intense, fresh orange flavour. The chocolate is made using the finest raw organic cacao, which is blended with creamy lucuma, a sweet, mango-like fruit rich in antioxidants with antibiotic, antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Lucuma has the same amount of calcium as a glass of cow’s milk, as well as plentiful amounts of beta-carotene (an anti-carcinogen), zinc, iron, vitamin C, niacin (B3), and fibre. It also contains 14 essential trace minerals!
Yacon syrup is also added as a low calorie sweetener. Yacon is a Peruvian sweet potato-like root vegetable that is refreshingly sweet and juicy. The active ingredients in yacon syrup act as a prebiotic, which feeds the friendly bacteria in the intestine and can lead to various beneficial effects on metabolism. Although yacon originates from Peru, it can be grown in many countries - Mr Popple grows it on his allotment in Staffordshire!

There are over 300 nutritional compounds in raw chocolate including many trace vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids. Raw cacao has more antioxidants than any other food, including green tea, red wine and roasted/refined dark chocolate.

Ben's fascination led him to do some research and after much digging around he discovered that raw cacao is full of nutrients and is an unbelievably super healthy food. It has actually been proven to replenish energy, and is known to be a great hangover cure – it really did sound too good to be true!
Captivated, Ben decided to go one step further and start making his own raw chocolate. By incorporating his very own secret chocolate making techniques, he began to create nutritionally superior chocolate with organic raw criolla cacao from South America. With no over-refining, the raw cacao is kept at a low temperature which preserves the beneficial enzymes that are normally broken down by high temperature roasting. Mr Popple's chocolate was born!
Today, Mr Popple is still enjoying creating hand made chocolate that is incredibly tasty, mood elevating, prebiotic, organic and vegan. He also carefully wraps it in fully compostable, plastic free packaging.
