RESPIIN
ReSpiin is a homeware brand designed and developed by Charity - yes, Green Tulip's own founder! She created it to showcase stylish recycled and renewable textiles. Its pioneering producers work with materials that have a story to tell - whether that's about the way a material grows or the journey it's been on.
Founder Charity Nichols was scouting out new products in Germany when she discovered how recycled wool thread could be made with clothing from recycling banks. After finalising designs and colours, Charity visited her chosen manufacturers in India and Bangladesh.
Since its launch in 2015 with recycled wool, the brand has developed its range to include beautiful bowls, baskets and tablewear produced from seagrass and jute. Its latest collection of beautiful baskets are hand woven with recyled saris.
I founded ReSpiin after discovering the beauty of recycled wool while scouting out new products to stock on Green Tulip. I love that we are able to turn unwanted materials into beautiful home accessories.

My favourite thing about ReSpiin is their sustainable use of materials. From upcycling discarded saris, recycling materials from the highly wasteful fashion and construction industries to growing climate positive crops that help local environments.
Plus, the products are simply beautiful. I have a houseful (throws, mats & coasters, bowls and bags!) and love their bright colours, classic designs and usefulness.Kate
