Handmade by a small family business in India that
Paper High has been working with since 2001. Over the years the founders have
formed a truly special bond and consider the producers and their families as
real friends. The products are designed together and their insight into the
mixture of traditional and contemporary techniques is valued greatly and is
used to create the stunning details.
The recycled cotton paper in each book is handcrafted
by a charity the producer works with in Rajasthan using traditional techniques.
Through their work, the charity aims to promote women’s education and social
development in rural villages.
Paper High is incredibly proud that with its producer
it is able to provide people living in rural villages surrounding Rajasthan
fairly paid work that would have otherwise been difficult to find, following
Fair Trade guidelines. In the beginning the business employed 3 artisans to
create its products. Over 20 years later they’re now able to employ over 35
artisans exclusively creating products for Paper High, including home workers
in local villages.
We offer the following delivery options. In all cases you will be provided with a tracking number. Orders received by 10am weekdays will be sent out the same day.
1: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £50)
This is our standard delivery option. Usually delivered within two to three working days.
2: ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £5.00 (Only £1.50 for orders over £50)
A faster service, usually delivered the next working day.
3: DHL EXPRESS - £8.50
Delivery by DHL courier using their express service which usually delivers next day (Monday-Friday only). Order by 11am weekdays for same day dispatch.
We are happy to accept orders from around the world, but only offer delivery within mainland UK (excluding Jersey & Guernsey due to required customs documentation).
