**THIS PRODUCT IS A SECOND. USUALLY £4.50**
All of the seconds we sell are still completely 'fit for purpose'. The reason they are seconds is that they either have small cosmetic imperfections eg. marks or small scratches, or simply do not have any packaging.
Please note - because these items are sold as seconds we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty and not 'fit for purpose'.
The bambu 'Give It A Rest' series of utensils combines clever design with the beauty of bamboo - producing a great range of products that will quickly become firm favourites in any kitchen.
The patented design integrates a spoon rest into the handle which helps keep countertops clean, and also gives the products a stylish designer look.
Made from a single piece of organically grown bamboo, then hand shaped and finished. Bamboo is more durable than wood, is heat & stain resistant and is ideal for non-stick cookware.
Can be washed in the dishwasher however, as with wooden products, we recommend hand washing to prolong life. Avoid soaking. Not recommended for microwave.
Made from organic bamboo. The producers only use water-based formaldehyde-free adhesives and all products are hand sanded and finished using a food-safe oil produced from vegetable oils and waxes.
bambu is committed to the fair treatment of workers, promoting healthy communities and preserving the environment. The utensils are made in China by a co-operative where the craftspeople are involved in setting the pricing levels.
miracle plant bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world, and is an endlessly renewable resource - growing new shoots from its root system after being harvested. It thrives naturally without using any pesticides or fertilizers, takes in greenhouse gasses and produces 35% more oxygen than the equivalent trees.
Bambu are makers of handcrafted products for the home including bowls, boards & utensils. Their products come from nature and their ideas are inspired by the materials they work with - and crafted in a way that supports sustainable business practices.
