The 'Green Grass' bar is loaded with spirulina, calcium bentonite clay and charcoal. Spirulina is a mineral rich algae with antioxidant properties, it’s also full of chlorophyll which has great cleansing qualities. Charcoal can draw out toxins, chemicals, excess oils, dirt and other unwanted micro-particles on your skin, not to mention the exfoliating values it has. Green Grass is so called because of its herby citrus notes from the essential oil blend of basil, lime, pine, rosemary, grapefruit and tea tree. Primal Suds have based their name on primitive soap making techniques so they particuarly love this bar with it's primitive pond ingredients!
The soap contains a high percentage of sustainable coconut oil which is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal and creates a rich, creamy lather. The blended olive and rapeseed oil base makes a great alternative to palm oil, and offers moisturising and nourishing properties with the added benefit of an anti-oxidant, as well as being kinder to the planet.

The name Primal Suds came from the idea of taking soap making back in time, using the historic hot process method with activated charcoal. This method is not just beneficial for its deep cleansing qualities, but also an affirmation to ancient soap makers for mixing fats with fire ash and developing the first soaps known to man, which happened to be free of unearthly additives as well.
