Thanks to the combined action of activated charcoal, French green clay and tea tree essential oil, this detoxifying and purifying natural soap bar is perfect for oily, impure, and mixed skin types as it will clean the skin deeply whilst keeping it soft and moisturised. The pure organic coconut oil creates a soft and abundant lather (so there is no need for SLS) and the organic shea butter is highly nourishing and moisturising, so perfect for extremely dry skin. At the final stage of the making process, 5% of the oil blend is added to the mixture which results in the end product being much more moisturising than standard soaps. Fragranced with peppermint essential oil for a fresh, clean feeling.

Hand made in small batches in Cambridge, UK using the cold process method. This method helps to preserve the wonderful properties of the natural ingredients.

Contains 100% natural ingredients and produced using 100% renewable energy. Presented in 100% recycled, unbleached paper glued with a plastic-free natural almond-based glue.

Vegan friendly. Free from palm oil and SLS.

Approximately 4.5cm wide x 7cm long x 2.5cm high. 100g.

The idea for a Zero Waste Path Shop was born when two Italians, Bianca and Giulio moved to the UK to pursue their sustainability postgraduate studies.

Living in Rome, Bianca decided at the beginning of 2016 to try and produce less waste after reading an article about Lauren Singer and her trash jar. Being a Political Science graduate, Bianca moved to Scotland to follow her passion for the environment and complete a Masters' Degree in Environmental Sustainability. Together with Giulio, her very patient boyfriend, Bianca began her zero waste journey and in February 2018, decided she wanted to use what they had learned to create something that put their values into practice. They learned more about ingredients, processes and materials, and 6 months later they began producing home made zero waste products in small batches.

The couple recently moved to Cambridge where Giulio is studying a PhD in International Environmental Law, so Bianca is currently running the business solo and still makes all the products herself. She continues to put a huge amount of effort into creating a range of body care products that are sustainable in every aspect, from the ingredients used, production methods, packaging materials, and the energy used in all processes.
