Hanna Hoppel is an extremely cute pull-along bunny who will follow their toddler owner everywhere! She has pink wooden ears strung onto flexible cord (fabulous for flicking!), large pink unevenly dowelled wheels as hind legs (which give her a unique bunny-like hoping action), and an endearing little bell around her neck so you know she's following you (or possibly her little carrot!).
Bunny 12cmx 12cm approximately. Cord length 70cm approximately.
Recommended age 12+ months.
All Selecta's products are made from native, FSC accredited maple, beech or pine trees from sustainable forests. The FSC certificate assures consumers that the product comes from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations. FSC stands for "Forest Stewardship Council". Selecta also have a strong internal Eco-Friendly Policy for reducing waste in their production processes - they even use the shavings left over in production to heat their factory!
All wooden parts that children could put in their mouths are made from the hardwood maple, which does not splinter. The natural adhesive used is water-soluble and contains no Formaldehyde or softeners. The coloured staining used by Selecta is a water-soluble colour as used in food production. The toys are then coated with a natural surface treatment which gives them a silky smooth finish and protects the toys from the inevitable sweat and saliva!
Selecta has been making high quality, traditional and educational wooden toys in Germany for over 40 years. All of the wood the company uses is from native maple, beech and pine trees and only FSC accredited timber from sustainable forests is chosen. As wood is a completely natural material, there will be no worries if your child puts a toy into his or her mouth, along with the reassuring fact that only safe, water-soluble varnishes and paints are used to emphasise the unique natural beauty of the wood. In addition, all Selecta's products are rigorously tested to the "CE" and "ASTM" Regulations by the German Testing laboratory TUV, ensuring that each toy is safe, fun and built to last generations!
