NATURAL

PlanToys® are made from natural rubber wood trees that no longer produce latex and PlanWood, a new material the Company has innovatively produced using the surplus wood and sawdust from their production process as part of their 'zero-waste' goals.  Both materials can be successfully used in harmony, with the PlanWood being particularly beneficial for bath toys.  The toys are assembled using a certified E-Zero formaldehyde free glue and do not contain lead or any other heavy metals. The rubber wood is painted with water-based dyes and the PlanWood is coloured using organic colour pigments.

Plan use recycled paper and soy ink for all their printed materials.  Soy ink is more readily biodegradable and can be recycled more efficiently than standard chemical ink.

The toys are packaged in brown paper bags and cardboard boxes, so there are no fiddly plastic ties to wrestle with!

SUSTAINABLE

Every year PlanToys arrange an annual "Plan Loves the Forest Program" for planting.  In consequence, over the 8 years, Plan Toys have planted over 40,000 plants in Chiyaphum province, Thailand, which covers 2,000 acres.

Any further surplus wood pieces from Plan's production are used in their Biomass generator producing electricity for the whole factory and surrounding villages.
Located in the heart of its own sustainable rubber tree plantations in Thailand, PlanToys® is a carbon neutral company producing children's toys from non-toxic, sustainable, natural materials.  PlanToys® are made from natural rubber wood trees that no longer produce latex and PlanWood, a new material the Company has innovatively produced using the surplus wood and sawdust from their production process as part of their 'zero-waste' goals.

All Plan Toys are quality assurance tested using state of the art equipment at an on-site laboratory prior to sending for third party international testing.  Every toy exceeds international safety standards including both ASTM (USA) and  EN71 (Europe).  The company has  won numerous awards for their products worldwide.

Plan are heavily involved in the Children & Community Club in Thailand, a project that gives children the opportunity to participate in various enrichment activities during school holidays and Thai Children’s Day in January.  It has been an extremely beneficial program for the children of PlanToys® employees, as well as those in nearby communities.
