Ecuador 60% with Rose Petals - This chocolate with 60% cocoa content not only contains plenty of cocoa, but also an extremely small amount of sugar, possible due to the excellent Machala El Oro cocoa. Organic dried rose petals and a tinge of vanilla turns this chocolate into something really special.
Cashew Nougat with Field Flowers - Unusual and delicious, this Cashew Nougat is made from mildly roasted cashew kernels blended with cocoa butter, milk, cane sugar and a tinge of lemon. The result is a 'chocolate' with a sweet, creamy, nutty flavour and a fabulous melting texture. Flowery accents are set by the dried daisies, marigolds and cornflowers that are sprinkled on the bottom.

Zotter's Labooko bars are designed to give you a chocolate tasting experience. Each pack contains two bars that either compliment each other or allow you to try two different types of dark or milk chocolate. ORGANIC - All of the Zotter chocolate bars are fully organic - with all the ingredients organic not just the cocoa beans. They refrain from the use of preservatives, artificial flavours and 'similar shiny products' from the chemical industry (as Josef Zotter puts it!). For them it is a matter of consistently pursuing their organic philosophy.” Zotter produce all of their own chocolate in their own factory in Austria from 'bean to bar'. This sounds so logical that you wouldn't think it was special but Zotter is not only one of the few European companies which process cocoa directly, but also the only manufacturer which produces organic and fairtrade chocolate this way.
FAIRTRADE - Zotter has been a permanent license partner of Fairtrade Austria since 2004. This independent Fairtrade seal guarantees that these products comply with the international fair trade standards. Josef Zotter states, "As a cocoa processing company we carry the responsibility for the living and working conditions of the cocoa farmers in Third World countries. Fair trade creates opportunities for small farmers and plantation workers in the producing countries. They are able to emancipate themselves from fluctuating world market prices and establish their own self-determined existence in which child labour and environmental exploitation are foreign words."
