At Green Tulip we love bright, modern & stylish clothes for babies and young children that are also ethically produced so were very excited when we found Piccalilly! Their fabulous ranges are produced the best way possible, using either Fairtrade certified organic cotton or GOTS certified organic cotton and nickel free poppers. The cute designs are screen printed by hand using low impact environmentally friendly dyes, so the result is great-looking comfy clothes for babies and kids without compromising the people who make these lovely collections or the planet!

ORGANIC - The Loop the Loop and Butterfly Garden ranges are made from 100% organic cotton which is grown without the use of toxic chemical pesticides and fertilisers. The Farmers that grow the organic cotton use crop rotation as an alternative to agrochemicals and artificial fertilisers.
Piccalilly's organic cotton baby clothes are also manufactured without the use of toxic chemicals which means that during the manufacturing process, the clothes are not subjected to dyes or bleaches, or sprayed with formaldehyde to preserve their "fresh look" before shipping. Because Piccalilly use these organic processes and methods of agriculture, the result is a very natural fabric which is extremely easy on a baby's delicate and sensitive skin, and is therefore especially good for babies and children with skin conditions such as eczema.
FAIRTRADE - The Loop the Loop and Butterfly Garden ranges are made with Fairtrade certified organic cotton which means that your purchase contributes to ensuring that small-scale cotton farmers in the developing world can improve their livelihoods.
We love Piccalilly's ethos of never to compromise the people who make their ranges, whilst at the same time having minimal impact on our fabulous planet - a winning ethical combination!
