NATURAL - The Noo Noo range is made from a mix of the 'cleanest' textiles available. These comforters are made from felted 'early years' lambswool, chosen because lambs are not dipped in pesticides or chemicals until they are 30 months old which makes it the purest wool available. Noo Noo do not use coloured textiles in any of their products.
FAIRTRADE - Noo Noo products are made in their own workshop in Vietnam. They run this to European standard working conditions. All their workers work eight hours a day and are paid fair wages They are given a lunch break everyday and a cook is employed to provide them with a freshly cooked lunch. Annual and compassionate leave is given.
ORGANIC - The organic cotton used to make these bamboo booties is grown without the use of toxic chemical pesticides and fertilisers. The Farmers that grow the organic cotton use crop rotation as an alternative to agrochemicals and artificial fertilisers.
Because these organic processes and methods of agriculture are used, the result is a very natural fabric which is extremely easy on a baby's delicate and sensitive skin, and is therefore especially good for babies and children with skin conditions such as eczema.
