Introducing the new bambu 'cutting edge' series which adds a twist to our popular bambu cutting boards by adding a coloured lacquer onto the side of the boards for the first time.
The boards themselves are as beautiful as ever - made from strips of bamboo finished with food safe oil. They have a lovely chunky feel and are definitely stylish enough to leave out on your worksurface when not in use. We recommend you use one side for cutting and save the other for serving (which gives you a chance to show it off!).
The boards are available in 3 sizes and 3 colours so you can choose a selection to suit your needs. We like the idea of using the colours to designate the use - eg. Kiwi for fruit and vegetables, Strawberry for meat and Marigold for fish. But they work equally well as a beautifully coordinated set of three of the same colour.

It thrives naturally without using any pesticides or fertilizers, takes in greenhouse gasses and produces 35% more oxygen than the equivalent trees.
